As 2025 draws to a close, we pause, not to slow down, but to reflect. At Daykio, every year is more than a calendar flip; it’s a chapter in a bigger story of trust, growth, and community. 2025 was one such chapter, one marked by progress on the ground, shared wins with our clients, and a deeper commitment to building more than plots of land. We built belief.
Key Milestones That Defined 2025
One of the clearest indicators of growth is value, and in 2025, Johari Estate told that story loudly. At the beginning of the year, Johari plots appreciated from KES 550,000 to KES 600,000, affirming what our clients already knew: investing early with Daykio pays off. This milestone wasn’t just about price; it was about confidence in our developments, locations, and long-term vision.
At Hekima Estate, progress was tangible. Infrastructure works continued steadily, with a strong focus on improving road accessibility, a critical factor in turning land into livable, investable spaces. Watching Hekima take shape reminded us that development is not a promise; it’s a process, and we are committed to seeing it through.
Impact Beyond Land: Our CSR Journey
In 2025, we reaffirmed that real estate development must go hand in hand with social impact. Through our CSR initiative at Mutuya Primary School in Mwihoko, we installed the base structure for a 10,000-litre rainwater harvesting tank. This was an investment in sustainability and the everyday lives of students and teachers who rely on water access. Today, that investment is flowing into impact, with water now being actively distributed to the school, improving access, hygiene, and daily learning conditions.
Sustainability also guided our work at Hekima Estate, where we made deliberate efforts toward recycling waste generated from infrastructure activities. Small actions matter, and we believe responsible development today safeguards communities tomorrow.
Celebrating Community & Trust
That spirit of community was further affirmed when we received an appreciation award from the Daykio Bustani Residents Association. This recognition was more than an accolade; it was a reminder that true success is built on trust, transparency, and togetherness.
Bustani’s journey doesn’t end there. Its story lives on through Hekima Estate, a mirror of our growth and a reflection of what happens when planning, patience, and people come together to build thriving communities.
Looking Ahead 2026: Kumepambazuka
As we step into 2026, one message guides us: Kumepambazuka, meaning a new dawn. A new chapter for Kenyans at home and in the diaspora to start, grow, and believe in land investment with confidence. The upcoming Kumepambazuka campaign will build on our trusted track record, opening doors for more people to invest wisely, affordably, and securely with Daykio.
A Note of Gratitude
None of this would be possible without the people who walk this journey with us. To our staff, thank you for your dedication and belief in the vision. To our clients, thank you for trusting us with your dreams. To our partners and collaborators, thank you for building alongside us.
As we close 2025, we do so with gratitude, and as we step into 2026, we do so with clarity, purpose, and renewed energy. Kumepambazuka, a new dawn is here, and we’re excited to build it together. Contact us today via call or WhatsApp 0709327900, or email us at sales@daykio.com for queries. Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
